The people and organisations shaping the Conscience Graph

A standard for trustworthy AI cannot be written by one company or one country. The partners below are helping define the floor, encode the law and codes of their fields and places, test the prototype, and design the foundation and signing authorities that will hold it. The list grows as the work does.

Listing here means the organisation or person is contributing to the design, the graphs or the governance. It does not mean endorsement of every position in the paper, and it does not mean a graph has been signed. Signing authorities and certificates remain placeholders until the foundation and the first authorities are established.

How partners contribute

Four ways to shape the standard

Encode

Bring your field or your jurisdiction

Turn a code of practice, a statute or a regulator's guidance into a signed sector or country graph, with every value traced to its clause. The Australian profiles show the pattern; thirteen country profiles exist today across five jurisdictions.

Test

Run it on a real agent

Put a conscience graph in front of an agent you operate, through the API, the MCP gateway or the Claude skill, and report where it helps and where it breaks. Pilots in finance, health, cyber, law and defence are the priority.

Govern

Design the institutions

Help write the constitution of the foundation, the root program that decides who may sign, and the funding rules that keep both from being captured.

Challenge

Argue with the paper

Every substantive critique received so far has changed the design and is credited by name. Section 7 of the paper lists where the idea is exposed. Add to it.
